CONTRACTUAL TERMS FOR SOFTWARE UTILIZATION

The Organization provides users with a conditional, terminable, non-assignable, and exclusive-rights-free authorization to acquire, deploy, and operate the Application for legitimate personal activities or authorized commercial operations within their organization.

This permission grants no proprietary claims, ownership interests, or intellectual property rights in the Application. All usage remains subject to full compliance with every provision detailed throughout these Terms.

Users are categorically prohibited from:

• Attempting technical analysis, code extraction, reverse compilation, or structural examination designed to reveal the Application's underlying programming, proprietary algorithms, or protected methodologies.
• Engaging in any form of redistribution, secondary licensing, commercial rental, transfer for value, or third-party provision of the Application or its constituent elements.
• Tampering with, eliminating, modifying, or concealing copyright declarations, ownership identifiers, trademark symbols, or other proprietary designations embedded within the Application.
• Implementing measures to circumvent, neutralize, compromise, or disrupt protective mechanisms, security protocols, verification systems, or essential operational components.
• Deploying the Application for activities that contravene established legal frameworks, regulatory requirements, governmental directives, or statutory obligations within any applicable jurisdiction.

Complete ownership authority, intellectual property claims, proprietary control, confidential information, copyright protections, trademark rights, patent holdings, and associated legal safeguards concerning the Application remain perpetually and exclusively with the Organization and its authorized licensing partners.

These Terms create no transfer of ownership, legal title, beneficial interest, or proprietary claims whatsoever. The privileges granted extend only to the specific usage rights explicitly outlined herein.

All files, documents, information streams, digital materials, or content processed through the Application's functionality (designated as "Processed Materials") remain under the user's complete ownership and operational control.

Users affirm possession of all requisite legal authorities, usage permissions, processing rights, and regulatory compliance necessary for uploading and manipulating such Processed Materials through the Application. Users simultaneously provide the Organization with restricted, non-exclusive access rights to such content strictly for service delivery and system enhancement purposes.

The Organization accepts no accountability or responsibility for data loss, file corruption, unauthorized disclosure, deletion, or any other compromise affecting Processed Materials. Users bear sole responsibility for maintaining appropriate backup procedures prior to initiating any processing activities.

Enhanced Functionality Options and Marketing Programs: During installation procedures or routine Application usage, the Organization may introduce supplemental capabilities, additional services, promotional campaigns, partner recommendations, external service connections (encompassing search engine replacements, browser homepage modifications, or system preference alterations), and commercial promotional materials (including targeted marketing displays, advertising tools, or revenue-generating mechanisms).

Device Configuration Adjustments: Application installation and operation may require alterations to user device configurations, system parameters, browser settings, default search providers, homepage presentations, or other operational elements. These modifications may incorporate partnership marketing components, advertising systems, monetization frameworks, or additional revenue-generation features extending beyond simple search functionality changes. Such configuration adjustments may be essential for proper Application performance, automated updates, or supporting the Organization's commercial revenue structure.

User Authorization and Selection Authority: Proceeding with installation or engaging with promotional services indicates user acknowledgment that such features may be subject to supplementary terms and privacy considerations detailed in the Organization's Privacy Notice. Users maintain complete authority over accepting or rejecting these optional enhancements. Declining supplementary features will not impair or diminish the fundamental PDF conversion capabilities.

The Application is delivered under "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" conditions, providing no assurances regarding continuous operation, error-free functionality, or suitability for specific applications or requirements.

The Organization disclaims all performance guarantees, whether explicit, implied, statutory, or arising through commercial practice, including implied assurances of commercial viability, application-specific fitness, intellectual property non-violation, legal title, undisturbed usage, system compatibility, or information accuracy.

Within the maximum scope permitted by governing law, the Organization, its business affiliates, subsidiary entities, parent corporations, executive officers, board members, personnel, representatives, contractors, and licensing partners shall bear no responsibility for incidental, consequential, indirect, special, exemplary, or punitive losses resulting from Application usage or operational inability.

Where complete liability exclusion is legally impermissible, the Organization's cumulative responsibility shall be constrained to whichever amount is greater:

• Actual payments made by the user for Application access during the ninety-day period immediately before the incident creating the liability claim, OR
• Ten United States Dollars ($10.00 USD).

Users commit to defend, compensate, and completely protect the Organization, its affiliates, executives, directors, staff, agents, and representatives from all claims, legal demands, judicial proceedings, financial obligations, damages, losses, expenses, and costs (including legal representation fees and court expenses) stemming from:

• User Application deployment or misuse contrary to these Terms;
• Any breach, violation, or non-adherence to provisions, conditions, or limitations specified herein;
• User interference with, infringement upon, or violation of third-party intellectual property rights, privacy protections, or other legally secured interests.

These Terms remain effective throughout the user's Application engagement period. The Organization retains unilateral authority to suspend, conclude, or eliminate access rights at any moment, for any purpose or without justification, with or without user notification.

Following termination for any reason, users must immediately discontinue all Application usage and thoroughly eliminate, remove, and erase all copies from their systems and storage devices.

Provisions governing Forbidden Conduct and Operational Limitations, Proprietary Rights and Ownership Interests, Data Handling and Content Management, Performance Guarantees Disclaimer, Liability Restriction Clauses, and User Protection Obligations shall continue beyond termination and maintain binding effect.

The Application may incorporate references to, connections with, or integrations involving external websites, services, programs, or content materials not owned, managed, operated, or approved by the Organization.

The Organization explicitly disclaims control over, accountability for, or endorsement of such external resources, third-party websites, linked materials, or associated services. Users acknowledge that the Organization bears no liability for damages, losses, or adverse outcomes resulting from engagement with such external resources or third-party materials.

These Terms shall be interpreted, understood, and enforced according to Israeli legal statutes, excluding conflict of laws doctrines or jurisdictional selection rules.

All disputes, disagreements, claims, or legal matters arising from these Terms or Application usage shall be adjudicated exclusively within the judicial system of Tel Aviv, Israel. Users consent to the authority of such courts and renounce objections regarding venue or jurisdictional inconvenience.

These Terms, combined with the incorporated Privacy Notice and any explicitly referenced documentation, represent the complete, definitive, and exclusive understanding between users and the Organization concerning the subject matter addressed.

This agreement supersedes, replaces, and nullifies all previous understandings, discussions, negotiations, communications, representations, or proposals, whether documented, verbal, electronic, or implied, regarding the Application or related subject matter.

Should any section, clause, or element of these Terms be declared invalid, illegal, unenforceable, or contrary to applicable regulations by a competent judicial authority, such provision shall be modified minimally to achieve validity and enforceability, or if modification proves impossible, such provision shall be removed entirely.

The invalidity, illegality, or unenforceability of any individual element shall not compromise, damage, or invalidate the remaining Terms, which shall maintain complete legal effect.

Organizational failure to enforce any provision, right, or remedy within these Terms, or to exercise available options, shall not constitute abandonment of such provision, right, remedy, or option, nor prevent subsequent enforcement actions.

No organizational waiver shall be legally effective unless explicitly documented in writing and executed by an authorized organizational representative.

All communications, notifications, and official correspondence required or authorized under these Terms shall be transmitted through electronic channels, including email communications, in-application alerts, or website publications.

Electronic notifications sent via email shall be considered received and legally effective upon successful transmission to the email address linked with the user's account or registration details.

Users requiring communication with the Organization should utilize the designated support email address or access the official "Contact Us" section available through the Organization's primary website.

Acceptance of these Terms and Application usage constitutes user representation and warranty that they have attained at least sixteen (16) years of age and possess legal competency and authorization to establish binding contractual relationships within their residential jurisdiction.

Individuals below sixteen years of age are absolutely forbidden from Application usage under any conditions.
